Blue eyes have always been big style. How to do Smokey eye makeup for blue eyes? It is always been the question asked from most of the women in this world. Really the womens are proud to have perfect and great eyes.
Choosing the Color
The key to perfect eye makeup is proper blending of eye shadow. The colors you choose for eye shadow must match your eye color
.
If you are thinking to choose the opposite color of your eye, then it is a perfect choice.Opposite color like chocolate, rust, orange, autumn colors really do attract and make your eyes to sparkle. But for Blue Eyes, Blue eye make up will suit better.
Preparing Eye lid
The key to keeping eyeshadow from melting into your eyelid is to keep the eyelids oil free. To do this start with eye shadow base called primer. Swipe the primer across the eye and let it dry.Without properly priming your lid, your eye shadow will likely end up a greasy line in your crease.
Apply Eyeliner
If you are going for a typical black, brown or gray Smokey eye, apply eye liner in one of those colors above the upper lash line, drawing line thicker in the middle of eye.Violet makes a gorgeous Smokey eyes.
Apply Eye Shadow
Apply a turquoise eye shadow on entire lid. Blend out with your fingers. After applying a strong blue shade the turquoise color stops - at the top of the eyelid. Blend this into the turquoise color.
Apply with a thin brush, the same strong blue shadow under the lower lashes. You can also use a metallic blue eyeliner. Blend gently. Apply finally a silver metallic eyeshadow or highlighter on the top of the eyelid and just below the brow and in her eyes. If you want to create a more "open" effect you can apply a white or silver eyeliner on the wet edge.
Finish With Mascara
You will want to apply a few coats of mascara so lashes are thick and dark. If you don't have naturally long, curled lashes, curl them with a lash curler.
I personally have brown eyes, but I find these light blue colors look great with my complexion. I get all my products nowadays from black opal cosmetics.
