Ways To Protect Your Hair From Summer
Hair fall is the most common problem in summer season. It is also the season for dull hair, split ends, and dandruff. Indeed, hair strength depends on what you take inside and how much healthier it is. Here are the some tips to protect your hair from summer hair problems.
The most common tip said and known by everyone is drinking water. All of us know it, but we are not drinking as much our body needs. Our body needs at least 2 liter of water per day. Drinking water is not only good for hair also for skin and active body.
Eat Green:
Second tip is take green and healthy veggies. Take vitamin E rich food which helps in stimulating hair growth.
Massage:
Oil massage. Apply some oil onto your hair and massage it slowly. Massage it every night before you sleep.
Use Conditioner:
Summer dries the moisture in your hair and applying many cosmetics on your hair can make it worse. To keep the moisture in your hair use conditioner. It locks the moisture in hair.
Avoid Drier:
Avoid Drier. The summer is already putting too much heat on you. Instead of blow drier, allow the hair to naturally dry itself.
